We love meatloaf (funny, because there was a time in my life I would’ve laughed if you’d told me I would ever write that sentence)….but I hate cleaning up after making meatloaf.
I got smart, tonight, when I lined the pan with parchment paper.
See this photo? Pre-parchment paper, I would’ve spent a chunk of time cleaning the loaf pan. Tonight, however, I just pulled the paper out, threw it away and rinsed the pan and put it in the dishwasher.
That stuff is magic and a huge saver of time, I tell you.
